Trustees special meeting June 13, 2012,

The special meeting of the Board of Township Trustees, Newbury Township was called to order at 7:00 PM, June 13, 2012, with Mr. Quigley, Ms, Blair and Mr. Skomrock present.

The Trustees discussed each fund individually and made recommendations for changes on some of the funds. The General Fund was the first topic of discussion which included Fire Department billing to help cover the $70,000 part of the contract, and street lighting costs were discussed. Ms. Blair wants to meet with the Fire Department sometime in August to discuss billing services. The Zoning Department was then discussed, with Mr. Quigley suggesting cuts to salaries. All fund were looked and revisions were made to the rough draft of the budget.

In other business one cemetery deed was signed.

A motion was made to adjourn at 8:28 PM by Mr. Quigley, 2nd by Mr. Skomrock and a unanimous affirmative vote by all.
