Glen still plans to go to county commissioners to appeal the need for a retention basin.

Parking lot:Discussion on how large to increase parking lot, approximnatly 60x400 feet additional futher east. Suggestion that might be able to get material over runs from state when do corner road improvement. We should ask for 400 feet expansion then drop back to 320’ if needed.

Purchase orders have already been written for the backstop and driveway extension which were supposed to be done in 2013.

We need to concentrate on getting electricity done for safety purposes. Glen to ask trustees for $30,000 at the budget hearing for electricity

Nature Trails: some of Alex’s tree signs were vandalized, signs in shelter have been removed as well. If made from plastic instead of metal, may less likely to be stolen,

Still trying to sell Grange Park, possible Chardon business might be interested.
