The “most important building in South Newbury that you’ve never heard of” was built circa 1858. It has been distinguished with an Ohio Historic Marker and prestigious designation on the National Register of Historic Places. The small area of it’s single room doesn’t do justice to what it has witnessed. During the Open House, wander through this quaint building at your leisure. (Companion program to the 6/14/2017 Historic Lecture Series presentation). NOTE: The Chapel is located at 15829 Ravenna Ravenna Road, Newbury, Ohio 44065. It is on the East side of State Route 44, 2.2 miles South of the Intersection of 44 & 87. (Approx. .5 miles North of Intersection of Bell Road & 44).
